Patrick Williams provides technical and analytical leadership at Element Consulting, collaborating with customers to envision and realize the future state of their product-development and manufacturing capabilities. With 20+ years supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sustainability, he specializes in implementing the foundational PLM tools — Creo and Windchill — that make the digital thread real. Before Element, Patrick spent 14 years at Steelcase as a Senior Consulting Applications Engineer, leading global Windchill PDMLink implementation, legacy-system migration, and the engineering-systems team. A long-serving PTC/USER Technical Committee chair, he combines deep Windchill expertise (CAD integration, BOM, business administration) with the process-analysis skills to design solutions that fit how teams actually work.
