Connect Windchill to Oracle Cloud SCM, Oracle Fusion or E-Business Suite so released engineering data becomes Oracle items, BOMs, ECOs and routings — without a connector PTC doesn't make, and without your team re-keying it.

The problem we solve
PTC ships a connector for SAP. It doesn't ship one for Oracle. So Windchill-to-Oracle integrations get built one of three ways: by an integration platform nobody fully configured, by an Oracle DBA who left, or by hand — someone populating a fifteen-tab Item Master from a Windchill part every time engineering releases.
The result is the same gap as every PLM–ERP seam: production on the wrong revision, BOMs landing in the wrong Oracle org, effectivity that means one thing in Windchill and another in Oracle, and no trace from a built part back to the ECO that changed it.
There is no off-the-shelf Windchill–Oracle tool. That's exactly why the integration should be designed by people who've built it before.
What we actually do

Item master and BOM transfer
Windchill release creates Oracle items with the correct item template — purchased versus manufactured — and the minimum required attributes across Inventory, BOM, Costing and Purchasing, then a BOM in the right Oracle organization.

Engineering change into Oracle ECO
A Windchill ECO release creates the corresponding Oracle ECO in the BOM module, attaches affected BOM revisions and sets effectivity — so Oracle's own change workflow can route it through manufacturing and procurement.

MPMLink to Oracle routing
Manufacturing BOM and routing from MPMLink into Oracle operational routings, so operations, resources and standard times aren't re-entered.

Document references and supplier feedback
Windchill documents attached to Oracle records; approved supplier list and cost data flowing back to Windchill.

How the integration actually works
We fit the approach to your Oracle, not the other way around:
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — Oracle Cloud / Fusion customers. Native connectors for Cloud SCM, REST endpoints for Windchill, managed transformation, error monitoring and retry.
Middleware — MuleSoft, Boomi — Organizations already running an iPaaS for other integrations and wanting one platform.
Oracle Open Interfaces — E-Business Suite. Staging tables plus Oracle's standard validation and import programs. Reliable, well-understood, requires DBA involvement and custom development.
Where Windchill–Oracle integrations fail

Item template selection. Oracle needs different templates for purchased and manufactured items. Default to a generic one and every item needs manual cleanup.
Organization structure. Oracle items and BOMs are org-specific. Multi-site companies need routing logic or data lands in the wrong org.
Effectivity model mismatch. Oracle uses effectivity dates on BOM components; Windchill uses revision-based effectivity. The translation has to be designed, not assumed.
Unit-of-measure classes. Oracle UOM classes and codes, and conversion factors for alternates, must be mapped explicitly.
Initial item-master migration. Loading an existing Oracle item master into Windchill, or the reverse, is usually the highest-effort activity — plan four to eight weeks for a 50,000-item master.
