A PTC-certified Windchill Implementation Practitioner, Michael spent years at PTC as a technical/application architect before deepening his PLM and digital-thread expertise at ITC Infotech, where he helped industrial clients adopt Windchill and Windchill+ in the cloud. With a physics background and a builder's curiosity, he's equally at home articulating value to executives and configuring the systems underneath.
