Fred Malveaux is a solution architect at Element Consulting. He started his career on the hangar floor at Delta Air Lines as an A&P technician, then wrote and illustrated the maintenance manuals for the fleets he had worked on.
He has spent the years since building the systems that produce that kind of documentation: as a program manager at Flatirons Solutions, nine years at PTC as a project manager and customer success technical architect, and most recently as a technical solutions architect at DXP.
When a client asks how engineering data turns into the service and parts information a technician uses, Fred has done every job along that path.
