Eric Larson

Eric Larson is the founder and CEO of Element Consulting, which he started in 2003 to help manufacturers get complex projects done right the first time. He brings more than 20 years of professional consulting and client-delivery experience and is responsible for the firm’s vision, strategy, and delivery quality. Eric’s focus is connecting CPQ, ERP, Solumina, PTC Windchill, and MPMLink to solve the manufacturing digital thread through the combination of process, applications, and integration. Before founding Element, he held roles at AlixPartners, Nervewire, and KPMG, and began his career in manufacturing operations at Rosemount. He holds a BS in Management from Saint John’s University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
