Eric Horn

Eric Horn is Managing Partner at Element Consulting, where he leads strategy and delivery across enterprise architecture, PLM, AI readiness, and digital transformation. He brings more than 20 years of experience deploying PLM and connecting engineering, manufacturing, and IT — with prior leadership roles at RTX (formerly Raytheon), Solar Turbines (a Caterpillar company), and MicroVention-Terumo. Eric specializes in PTC Windchill deployment, enterprise integration across ERP/MES/CPQ, business process, and organizational change management, with deep experience in aerospace & defense, industrial, and medical device manufacturing. He is an active thought leader authoring on Windchill deployment strategies, system integration, ERP connectivity, and part management. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and is a PTC Certified Windchill Implementation Practitioner.
