David Cutter

David Cutter is a solutions architect at Element Consulting with more than two decades of experience developing and implementing complex PLM strategies for global manufacturers. He specializes in the Windchill configuration, change, and NPI processes that determine whether a PLM investment actually reduces time-to-market and product cost. Before Element, David held Windchill architecture and PLM leadership roles at Birlasoft, TriStar, and Generac — where he owned platform configuration, workflow design, and data migration across acquisitions. A strategic thinker with strong management-level collaboration skills, he's known for seeing a problem through the customer's eyes and articulating a clear, defensible path to the solution.
