Cassie Padding is a program manager at Element Consulting. She trained in nursing and spent almost sixteen years as a clinical informatics coordinator at Resthaven in Holland, Michigan, making clinical systems work for the nurses and staff who used them every shift.
She then moved to PointClickCare, where she led customer launches of healthcare software and, most recently, managed product escalations.
Most of what goes wrong on a system rollout happens between the software and the people using it. Cassie has spent her career in that gap, and she brings that to Element’s programs.
