Element Consulting Promotes Eric Horn to Managing Partner

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — April 1, 2026 — Element Consulting, a product lifecycle management (PLM) and PTC Windchill implementation firm, today announced the promotion of Eric Horn to Managing Partner. In the role, Horn will help lead the company’s strategic direction as it continues to grow — deepening client partnerships, expanding the firm’s capabilities, and helping manufacturers connect PLM across ERP, MES, CPQ, and factory systems in ways that last.

Horn joined Element as its PLM and Digital Transformation Practice Lead, bringing more than 20 years of experience from the client side of manufacturing — including roles at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, Solar Turbines (a Caterpillar company), and MicroVention-Terumo. In that time, he built Element’s PLM practice from the ground up, shaped the firm’s strategy, and helped establish Element as a recognized leader in digital thread, enterprise architecture, and Windchill consulting. A PTC Certified Windchill Implementation Practitioner, Horn is known within the PLM community for a people-and-process-first approach to digital transformation.
