🔍 What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Windchill solutions
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
- Support Windchill configuration, enhancements, and integrations
- Partner with technical teams to ensure high‑quality implementation and user adoption
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert to optimize PLM workflows and support continuous improvement

🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst working with PTC Windchill (Preferred)
- Solid understanding of PLM processes and best practices
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
