Position Overview

Organizational Change Manager – Federal Aerospace & Defense (PLM | ERP | MES)

We’re seeking a seasoned Organizational Change Management Professional to support digital transformation programs across Federal aerospace and defense clients. The engagement centers on accelerating user adoption and driving cultural alignment for enterprise platforms—specifically Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

This isn’t just a systems rollout—it’s a mission-critical initiative to modernize operations and ensure sustained readiness, compliance, and innovation across the digital thread.

Key Consulting Objectives

· Develop and execute OCM strategy tailored for secure, regulated environments

· Drive adoption of integrated PLM, ERP, MES solutions aligned to strict compliance standards

· Facilitate stakeholder alignment across program management, engineering, supply chain, and IT

· Lead readiness assessments, change impact analysis, and communication strategies

· Design and deliver enablement programs—training, process workshops, role-based guidance

· Guide leadership engagement and behavior modeling across client organizations

· Support pilot deployments and scaling efforts across enterprise and Tier 1 suppliers

· Establish change metrics tied to operational KPIs and transformation ROI

Preferred Experience & Credentials

· Proven OCM success in aerospace and defense environments—ideally supporting PLM (e.g., Windchill), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES platforms

· Familiarity with Federal procurement cycles, regulatory frameworks, and secure systems implementation

· Experience in managing cross-functional digital transformation across engineering, logistics, and manufacturing

· Deep knowledge of middleware platforms and system integration (e.g., ThingWorx, Boomi)

· Change certification: Prosci, ACMP, or similar frameworks
