Situation
A recognized global leader in personal aviation manufacturing was struggling to streamline communication internally. Systems and data didn’t speak to one another, and people were operating in silos.
- Needed to increase sales velocity and lower overhead
- Manufacturing systems operated in silos with manual processes linking Items, BOMs, and Routings
- Could not create a model at scale without integrating processes and data across the organization
Solutions
- Implemented Profisee MDM architecture design and configuration, optimizing batch integration with MES, ERP, and PLM source systems.
- Lead business and IT workshops to define Use Cases and critical data elements to create Golden Records used in aircraft production.
- Implementation of Profisee PowerBI connector facilitating certified data for organizational consumption.
- Salesforce and CRM deduplication to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Implementation of MDM standards and best practices.
