Our Fortune 500 technology and manufacturing client needed help putting a framework in place to deliver projects in a standard, repeatable methodology. After turning to many different vendors, they still weren’t getting the quality of consultants or service level necessary to complete their projects. The project work was in a remote location and finding and retaining talent was a significant challenge. They also struggled to manage and control projects financially.


Element senior delivery resources immediately engaged with this client to create a plan to start delivering value to internal business resources. We created a framework that included resource descriptions, methodology definition and templates. Finally, our integrated project management candidates brought their market leading experience and performed at higher levels than the “big name” firms. Today, the Element team functions as senior advisors for the internal client team around delivery and quality issues.
